Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription within 7 days of first payment without any penalty or charges. After this 7-day period, standard cancellation terms apply.

To cancel your service, send a cancellation request email to support@perwordlocalseo.com with your account details and cancellation reason. Include:

• Your name and business name
• Email address associated with account
• Current subscription plan
• Cancellation reason (optional)

Cancellation requests are processed within 2-3 business days. Once approved, your account access will be terminated, and no further charges will be incurred.

Any outstanding payments due must be settled before cancellation is finalized. Monthly subscribers remain liable for the current billing cycle.

Upon cancellation:

• Google Business Profile access and control returns to you
• Website access will be provided if the website was created by PerWord
• All data will be transferred to you within 5 business days
• PerWord Local SEO is not responsible for SEO ranking changes post-cancellation

If recurring charges continue after cancellation request, contact your payment provider (credit card company, UPI service, etc.) to dispute the charges. PerWord Local SEO will also investigate and address the issue within 5 business days.

Canceled accounts may be reactivated within 30 days. After 30 days, account data may be deleted, and reactivation terms will be treated as new subscription. Contact support@perwordlocalseo.com for reactivation requests.

PerWord Local SEO reserves the right to cancel services if:

• Client violates Google Business Profile or platform policies
• Payments are not received for 15+ days after due date
• Client engages in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Client uses services for spam or abuse

For cancellation-related disputes, contact support@perwordlocalseo.com with details. PerWord Local SEO will attempt to resolve disputes within 7 business days. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to management.
