Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

• Service not provided or canceled by PerWord Local SEO
• Duplicate charges due to system error
• Client requests cancellation within 7 days of first payment (first month only)

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. After 30 days, refund requests will not be accepted.

The following are non-refundable:

• Services already rendered for more than 7 days
• Completed projects (GBP optimization, website creation, etc.)
• Services discontinued by client due to policy violation
• Custom or specialized services
• Promotional or discounted packages after 7 days

1. Submit refund request with details to support@perwordlocalseo.com
2. PerWord Local SEO will review your request within 5 business days
3. If approved, refund will be processed within 10-15 business days
4. Refunds are issued to original payment method only

For monthly recurring services, partial refunds are not available. If service cancellation is requested mid-month, you remain liable for the full month's charges.

As an alternative to refunds, we may offer account credit to be applied toward future services. This credit is valid for 12 months from issue date and is non-transferable.

PerWord Local SEO reserves the right to grant refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, including:

• Service delivery failure due to PerWord Local SEO's error
• Technical issues preventing service access
• Other circumstances warranting refund at management discretion
